What are the drawers made of?

The drawers and carcass are made from precise, CNC-cut 16mm black PVC board (compressed foam PVC), produced through a compressed and extruded process.

The Topper is made from 12mm HEXAply transport-grade plywood, which is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant, and easy to clean, with fully sealed edges.

Are the drawers waterproof?

They sure are! Thanks to the PVC composite board construction, our drawers withstand water, oils, and chemicals — without swelling, delaminating, or breaking down like plywood, MDF, or HPL equivalents.

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely. All of our drawer systems — off-the-shelf or custom — come with a fair-use Lifetime Warranty - Return to Base. If anything goes wrong, simply reach out and we’ll sort it as soon as possible.

Do I need special tools to install it myself?

Not really! You’ll just need:

Drill with a 9mm bit (to drill holes for mounting brackets)
5mm Allen key
13mm spanner

How much weight can the drawers handle?

Non-runner drawers: recommended up to 100kg (but really depends on what you’re comfortable pulling in and out).
HD runner drawers: up to 220kg per drawer.
SLEDs (base-mounted or on top): up to 220kg.

How much weight can I put on top?

We recommend no more than 350kg per two drawers on top.

Can I customise the size?

Yes — all standard drawer sets can be customised. Any size, any spec, at an additional cost.

How much does a custom setup cost?

We’ll need to discuss your exact requirements before providing an estimate for custom work. Please get in touch to chat through your needs.

Can I install the system myself?

Yes — our systems are designed to be easy to install with basic tools and mechanical confidence. If you’d rather, we also offer professional installation at our workshop or through selected partners.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — we can ship anywhere in Australia. We can also arrange shipping to a commercial address or depot if that’s easier for you.

Can the drawers be removed if I sell my vehicle?

Yes — the system is fully removable and can often be installed in another compatible vehicle. Some minor modifications may be needed depending on the fit.

How do I maintain and clean the drawers?

Our PVC drawers and HEXAply toppers are easy to clean — just wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals on the powder-coated parts to maintain the finish.
