- The drawer and carcass are built from precise, CNC-cut 16mm black PVC board, manufactured using a compressed and extruded process.
- Our drawer systems are NOT made from plywood — unlike plywood, our material is moisture-resistant, doesn’t splinter or split, is extremely durable yet lightweight, and boasts a sleek, subtle black finish.
- Our original non-runner (NR) system is still available and can also be mixed and matched with HDR where required — contact us to discuss the best combination for your needs.
- Adjustable drawer dividers are included, which can be installed wherever you need.
- All necessary mounting hardware is supplied.
- Heavy-duty runners (HDR) rated to 227kg.
- Full-extension.
- Convenient one-hand handle activates/deactivates the runners, locking securely in three positions — closed, mid-extension, and fully extended.

How does this work?
It's all pretty simple
Working out the best setup for you is pretty easy. We have a lot of options, so we've broken it down the simplest way we could for working out total cost and ordering online.
Due to the "line pricing" we use, the make/model of your Van will not make a difference to the total price. What will change the price is how you chose to setup your Van.
Step 1:
All VAN options use standard length MID or JUMBO drawers extending from the tailgate - this is dictated by your make/model.
Do you have SINGLE or TWIN sliding side doors. With a SINGLE side door, we use two longer drawers extending out the sliding door (1165mm long internally), and a TWIN soide door will have two shorter drawers extending from each sliding door (four drawers total at 550mm long internally per drawer). Depending on your make/model, the front drawer set will use either an 850mm or 985mm wide carcass. This means the internal drawer width of each drawer will be 330mm wide for the 850mm carcass and 395mm for each drawer for the 985mm carcass.
Step 2:
EXTRA option allows you to choose whether you want to have longer drawers if the space allows - best to call us to figure out if this will work.
Step 3:
TRIPLEDOUBLE option allows you the option to swap out the standard dual drawer layout and use our TRIPLEDOUBLE layout instead. You can do the to the front or rear drawer separately, or both.
Note:
All VAN systems come with a full size Topper which extends over both the front and rear drawer sets.
