The SINGLE is exactly that, one drawer. These can be used in basically any Ute or Van. However there are numerous options for sizing and layout. If its all too confusing, juts give us a call!
External "footprint" dimensions: 1260mm long (including handle), STD 500mm wide, MID 550mm wide, JUMBO 600mm wide.
Internal drawer dimensions: 1165mm long, STD 400mm wide, MID 450mm wide, 500mm wide
Topper dimensions: 1400mm long, 720mm wide
- The drawer and carcass are built from precise, CNC-cut 16mm black PVC board, manufactured using a compressed and extruded process.
- The Topper is made from 16mm PPHC - super lightweight but ultra durable
- Our drawer sets are NOT made from plywood — unlike plywood, our material is moisture-resistant, doesn’t splinter or split, is extremely durable yet lightweight, and boasts a sleek, subtle black finish.
- Heavy-duty 227kg-rated runners are used, providing full extension up to 1200mm.
- The convenient one-hand handle activates and deactivates the runners, which lock in three positions: closed, mid-extension, and fully extended.
- Drawer dividers are included, which can be installed wherever you need.
- All necessary mounting hardware is supplied.
Installation is available at our Rocklea, Brisbane based workshop at an additional cost starting from $99.

The SINGLE drawer unit is ideal for those who need secure storage but want to retain some of the full height and flexibility of their ute tray.
One side features a spacious, lockable drawer, while the exposed side is lined with the same super lightweight, hard-wearing PPHC board used in our Topper — durable, water-resistant, and easy to clean. The Topper features our handy Cargo Bar, with plenty of tie-down points to make securing your gear easy and reliable. Its raised upstand ensures smaller items stay put and don’t slide off into the gaps beneath your drawer set.
This setup also pairs perfectly with a half-size SLED, which can be mounted either on top of the SINGLE drawer, directly on the tray floor beside it or both. For even more versatility, you can also add one of our VERT drawers on top, creating additional vertical storage space.
Every J&C draw system utilises heavy duty, cassette ball bearing runners supporting weight of up to 227kg! Choose your internal drawer height - 235, 285 or 335mm depending on your intended cargo.

What's a VERT drawer?
Great question, The 'Vert Drawer' is what it says on the tin, a Vertical drawer, designed specifically with easy access in mind. A shelf and storage pocket are accessible from your side gullwing, and a huge 1150mm long, 190mm deep, vertical pull-out shelving system.
The bottom shelf measures internally, 285mm high, with top shelf measuring 130mm high.

What's it made from?
This is where we are set apart from everyone else...
No more rusting, corrosion or discolouration. Splitting, splintering and wood rot are a thing of the past. Our 16mm PVC panel, is a strong, waterproof and lightweight solution. Thats correct our drawers are plastic!
A bonus is the sleek black finish meaning no more carpet or paint.
Our handles are constructed from 3mm powder coated aluminium. They're tough, but only need one hand for operation.
Our Heavy Duty runners use a cassette ball bearing system, and are rated to 227kg per pair!
Keyed locks are available as an optional extra!
